Popeye's Traditional Spinach Salad
Ingredients:
- 10 oz. Popeye Spinach, rinsed &dried
- 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 oz. croutons
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisply but not burned, crumbled
- 4 oz. creamy bacon dressing
Procedure:
This rich spinach salad goes great with steak or it can be a meal all by itself. Combine spinach, eggs and tomatoes in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss until well coated. Add croutons & bacon just before serving.
Serves: 6
